The New Moon this month is in Gemini on May 20, 2012 at 7:48 pm EDT. This new Moon is a solar eclipse, where the Moon temporarily blocks the electromagnetic waves of the Sun, allowing our consciousness to be transformed and rebooted. Old programs and habits more easily slip away, allowing us to make the necessary internal changes to move into the future. Venus retrograde May 15 2012

Venus turns retrograde on May 15, 2012 at 23 degrees Gemini for 40 days, until June 27. This means that Venus appears to go backwards from the Earth's perspective. Venus relates to self-worth, your values, self-love, self-respect, pleasure, sex, business, money, art, creativity, beauty, women, and exploring the pleasures in life. Venus also represents femininity, relationships, how you relate to the world, and how you earn money.

Gemini represents business, commerce, talking, listening, thinking, communicating, teaching, writing and the expression of thoughts and ideas in general.
